Eligibility

Hawaii residents, age 60 or older. Resident aliens of the State of Hawaii or naturalized citizens. Must be recipient of welfare or SSI assistance. Must complete an application for desire to return to homeland (Country outside of U.S.). And must submit permission that returning back to homeland will not adversely affect their health and welfare. This service is not for temporary relocation or vacation but to permanently return to live there. Call for further information and other requirements.
