Youth aged 12 - 17 years old may be eligible. Family Court referrals are the first priority for the program.

Screening Interview First priority to youth referred by Family Court. Screening interview - face-to-face.

The Community Assistance Center helps families learn self-management skills enabling them to cope with difficult situations without violence. They provide an educational program; not a counseling or therapeutic service.

Community Assistance Center
The Community Assistance Center is a private, nonprofit organization which assists offenders, offender's families, ex-offenders, and youth involved with the criminal justice system to assume full and productive membership in the community. The Community Assistance Center works for the improvement of the criminal justice system through public information and education, initiation and support of penal reform and the development of programs tailored to the needs of the people of Hawaii.
