Persons who are non-union, low wage workers who were impacted by the Kona Low in March 2026 may be eligible.

The Hawaii Workers Center (HWC) opened the Kokua Fund applications for one-time financial assistance of $100 - $500 for workers impacted by the storms. Call or email for an initial screening. Applications will be sent out after the screening.
