If a family is receiving public assistance (e.g., TANF or Supplemental Security Income), Homeless Foster Children Children w/Special Needs (e.g. IFSP or IEP), Receiving child care subsidy Infants and toddlers, birth to 3 years old, or whose parents are working or attending school full-time they may be eligible.
