The Institute for Human Services outreach helps people in Districts 1, 4, 5, 6, and 7 at service fairs, in night outreach, and with assisted community treatment. District 1 - Downtown Honolulu area: Ala Moana, Chinatown, Kakaako, Makiki, and Nuuanu. District 4 - Kaneohe, Kailua, Kahuku area: Hauula, Kahaluu, Kahuku, Kailua, Kaneohe, Kaneohe MCBH, Waiahole, Waikane, and Waimanalo. District 5 - Kalihi area: Alewa, DKI Airport, Fort Shafter, Hickam, Iwilei, Kalihi, Kapalama, Moanalua, Nuuanu, and Salt Lake. District 6 - Waikiki area: Waikiki including Kapiolani Park. District 7 - East Honolulu area: Hawaii Kai, Kahala, Kaimuki, Moiliili, and UH Manoa.
