U.S. citizens and some aliens who are admitted for permanent residency may qualify.
Must be a US citizen or a permanent legal resident of the State of Hawaii
Households must meet specific eligibility requirements and provide proof of their statements about household circumstances.
Maximum Asset Limits effective 10/01/2021 to 09/30/2022
-Households with at least one member who is age 60 or older or is disabled - $3,750
-All other households - $2,500
COFA residents are not eligible to apply for SNAP benefits
