AlohaCare members, if the storm has affected your health, your medications, or your ability to see a doctor, help is available: -Call 911 for immediate medical attention. -Call 211 for other immediate needs such as food, clothing, shelter, transportation, and other local support services. Call Member Services when it is safe to do so if you need help with non-emergency needs such as: -Transportation: We can help with rides to pharmacies and medical appointments. -Replacing Medications: We can help refill covered prescriptions that were lost or damaged. -Medical Equipment: Replacing covered items like oxygen equipment, walkers, or other supplies. -Personal assistance Caregivers: If you need a back up, will work with you, area agencies, or family to assist you with getting help. -Member ID Cards: We’ll send you a new one if yours was damaged or lost.
