(HIPTRC, Hawaii Prevention Resource Center) The Hawaii Prevention and Treatment Resource Center (HIPTRC) houses the state’s most comprehensive resources on substance use prevention, treatment, and related issues available through its lending library, resource clearinghouse, and technical assistance services. Resources include books, brochures, infographics, posters, and other educational materials available for loan or for free distribution. The HIPTRC is open to the general public and provides consultation for service providers, school personnel, and others regarding access to educational resources, training, information, and available services.
