Written Application Complete the Internet Kokua Program application form, gather copies of all necessary documentation, then mail the completed form and documentation.

Fees vary by program. One-time Internet activation fee of $34.99 and taxes not included.

The Internet Kokua program provides discounts to copper-served areas with High-Speed Internet Basic (up to 7 Mbps download) for $9.95/month including the Wireless Gateway Service Fee. Or for fiber-served areas, High-Speed Internet Ultimate (up to 25 Mbps download) for $12.95/month including the Gateway Service Fee. Proof of eligibility required. If you are currently, or have been, a Hawaiian Telcom customer you cannot have been suspended for non-payment. Annual Internet Kokua Program re-certification form must be completed, signed, and mailed back with proof of eligibility before the renewal deadline.
