Eligibility
Adults 21 years old or older may be eligible. TB, physical and Doctor's clearance are required. Clients that require 2 person wheelchair assist, clients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease and a combination of issues may be eligible.

MON: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm TUE: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm WED: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm THU: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm FRI: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm SAT: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm SUN: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Open all holidays, except for Christmas, New Years, and Thanksgiving 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Fees
$30 non-refundable application fee. Rates start at $68. Sliding scale based on level of care.

Aged to Perfection Assists adults with disabilities by provides a senior day care experience to home bound, disabled elderly persons. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are included. Accepts clients that require 2 person wheelchair assist, clients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease and a combination of issues. Includes breakfast, lunch and snack.

Staff includes CNAs or CNA trained. Medical doctor reviews the charts of seniors each month. Choice of entrees for lunch. 3 levels of exercise and stretching daily 2 activities at the same time thru day. Music therapy, lots of outside entertainment; an inter generational exposure w/ pre-school, elementary, intermediate, high school, and college students. Internships with high school and college students.
