Helping Hands Hawaii is helping to collect donations to distribute to persons affected by the Kona Low on March 2026. We are currently accepting new/unopened donations of essential household and personal care items, including: -Hygiene items and feminine products -Diapers and pull-ups (all sizes) and wipes -Phone chargers and portable battery banks -Laundry detergent and dish soap -Shoes and boots -Towels and bedding (including blankets) -Cookware, dishware, and utensils -Gift cards for flexible support At this time, larger furniture items are not needed, as many affected areas are still in the cleanup phase following the storm. Partner With Us as a Collection Site Community businesses and organizations can play a direct role in Kona low recovery efforts by serving as a donation collection site. By hosting a drive, you can help gather essential items and make it easier for your employees, customers, or community members to contribute.
