Hawaii (Big Island)
(HCNP, Nutrition Program - Hawaii County, Meals on Wheels) Nutrition Sites provide morning activities and lunches in congregate settings for seniors, 60 years old or older. Meals on Wheels are available for seniors, 60 years old or older, who are homebound due to illness or disability. Lunches and Meals on Wheels are only for members that participate in the Nutrition Programs. 15 Nutrition Sites: North/South Hilo: Aunty Sally’s Luau Hale, Pepeekeo Senior Housing, Papaaloa Gym Puna: Keaau Senior Housing, Pahoa Senior Center Kau: Pahala Senior Housing, Naalehu Community Center, St. Jude Episcopal Church in Ocean View North/South Kona: Hualalai Senior Housing, Kealakekua Senior Housing, Holualoa Imin Center North/South Kohala: Old Kohala Courthouse, Lily Yoshimatsu Senior Center Hamakua: Honokaaa Senior Housing, Paauilo Gym
