Eligibility
Hawaii based/founded company having a business in the City and County of Honolulu with a sustainable business model and less than 100 employees. Must work in agriculture, value-added goods or culinary sector or ancillary industries to food/beverage industry. Must be committed to creating jobs for low-income and individuals with social disadvantages.
