The website contains state and national resources, free materials, and quitting advice from NCI. NCI offers a wide range of services, including individualized counseling, printed information, referrals to other resources, and recorded messages. Smoking cessation counselors are available to answer smoking-related questions in English or Spanish, Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 9:00 pm, Eastern time.
