The program is primarily for first-time homebuyers however, anyone interested can enroll.

(Homeownership Education and Coaching Program - Kona Office) The Hawaii HomeOwnership Center's (HHOC) lifetime membership prepares buyers for the home purchase through classes and individual coaching. Classes address the general concepts about preparing for homeownership and the buying process; individual coaching provides support to identify buying resources and creating an action plan to become mortgage ready. Support after our members become homeowners is available through workshops and confidential meetings.
Office is located in the Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union, Koloko Branch - 73-5611 Olowalu Street, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740. Office hours are limited to branch hours of operations. As we only have one staff person at this satellite location, please call ahead for an appointment.
