Our office is located in the Koloko Branch of the Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union (cubicle near the tellers).
The program is primarily for first-time homebuyers however, anyone interested can enroll.

The intake process is addressed at the Honolulu Office. The intake form can be downloaded or completed online from our website: www.hihomeownership.org (there is a Join Now button on the bottom left corner of our home page to reach the intake form).
$60 lifetime membership fee per buying-unit

(Homeownership Education and Coaching Program - Kona Office) The Hawaii HomeOwnership Center's (HHOC) lifetime membership prepares buyers for the home purchase through classes and individual coaching. Classes address the general concepts about preparing for homeownership and the buying process; individual coaching provides support to identify buying resources and creating an action plan to become mortgage ready. Support after our members become homeowners is available through workshops and confidential meetings. Office is located in the Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union, Koloko Branch - 73-5611 Olowalu Street, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740. Office hours are limited to branch hours of operations. As we only have one staff person at this satellite location, please call ahead for an appointment.

The Hawaii HomeOwnership Center is a non-profit organization that was founded to primarily assist first-time home buyers. We help members navigate through the purchase process via classes, individual coaching, and post-purchase services. Our lifetime membership allows those we serve to access as much assistance as they need.
