Eligibility
Youth seeking career training. U.S. citizens, legal U.S. residents, or residents of a U.S. territory, and/or 16-24 year old individuals who are authorized to work in the United States. People who use illegal drugs are not eligible.

All Islands,Oahu,Hawaii (Big Island),Maui,Kauai,Molokai,Lanai,Niihau
Career technical education and English language classes available. Students gain the experience needed to begin a career or apprenticeship, advance to higher education, or join the military. Administers residential and non-residential programs which provide basic education, vocational and social skills training for out-of-school youth. Provides GED program and assistance with job placement. Child development center available for non-residential students.
