Administers to the Hawaiian/Pacific Islands Refuges on the islands. Those islands are Oahu, Kauai, Maui, Big Island, Guam, Midway and the Pacific remote islands including, French Frigate Shoals, Laysan, Howland, Baker, Jarvis and Rose.
