May apply in person at any of the 10 meeting sites on Oahu. 18 years and older.

Service area
Oahu
Gives the opportunity for people to garden with the Community Recreational Gardening Program, providing them with land and water. All other improvements and services shall be provided by the gardeners. Each Community Garden is run by a self-governing body following general rules and regulations set up by the City and County of Honolulu.
Free Mulch given (while supplies last) at the following locations: Hoomaluhia Botanical Garden (Kaneohe), Hawaiian Earth Products (Kailua), Hawaiian Earth Products (Kapolei), Ala Wai Community Garden, Makiki Community Garden, Waimea Falls Park, Wahiawa Community Garden.
