Families are screened and assessed to determine eligibility for services. Walk-ins and phone calls are welcomed.

Hawaii (Big Island)
We provide services for the families and children in the first 3 years of life. We work with families to support and strengthen them. We provide child growth and development information and positive parenting education to families. Offering home visitation services to eligible families, screening, emotional support to parents and linkage to other needed community services.
