Spill The Tea Cafe (STTC) offers a range of services, including individual and group therapy, mentorship, care coordination, and psychoeducation, to address the specific needs and preferences of each teen. We also extend our support to families and caregivers, providing community resources and referrals to help them navigate the challenges of mental health, and achieve lasting recovery and resilience for their youth. Our goal is to promote the mental health and well-being of adolescents and to help our keiki shine.
Spill The Tea Cafe
Spill The Tea Cafe (STTC) is an inclusive mental health clinic focused on adolescents which provides comprehensive and evidence-based treatment and support to adolescents struggling with mental health issues. Services include individual and group therapy, mentorship, care coordination, and psychoeducation, to address their specific needs and preferences. We also offer support to families and caregivers, as well as community resources and referrals, to help adolescents and their loved ones. STTC helps pre-teens, teens, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent keiki.
