(Act 310) The Act 310 Nonprofit Grants Program, made possible through emergency funding approved by the Hawaii State Legislature. Act 310 is the official law created from Hawaii’s Senate Bill 933, signed by Governor Josh Green in July 2025. Act 310 appropriates $50 million in state funds to support Hawaii’s nonprofit sector following unprecedented cuts to federal grants. The program supports nonprofits across the islands whose federal funding has been reduced or cut, helping ensure essential services continue for Hawaii’s communities.
