Responsible for State budget and finances. Administers the Administrative and Research Office, Budget Program Planning and Management Division, and the Financial Administration Division. Also administers four attached agencies: Employees' Retirement System, Hawaii Employer-Union Health Benefits Trust Fund, Hawaii Health Authority, Office of the Public Defender.
