Call or email. Applications will be taken up to the 10th day of each month or 10 completed applications whenever comes first. After the 10th of the month or the 10th completed application clients are encouraged to apply on the 1st day of the next month.

Oahu

Assists with past due metered utilities (water, electricity, gas) for older adults pending fund availability. Utilities payable to vendor only with W9 form and supporting documents to verify residence and eligibility. The utility assistance is for renters and homeowners.
